Harry is a lecturer in health data science with a background in pure mathematics and cardiac biophysics. His research interests are in predictive modelling and causal inference using genetics. Harry leads a BRC funded project in predicting prostate cancer by combining clinical test results (PSA test) with genetic factors (genetic risk scores). Other active research projects include identifying causal risk factors for diabetes complications. Previously, Dr Green has been active in research in gastroenterology and cardiology. He is also deputy director of Exeter’s MSc in health data science.
